RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.),we'll also pay the return shipping costs. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 15 days for an exchange or refund.  Orders returned outside the 15-day return window without prior authorization will be donated to charity. Items marked FINAL SALE can only be exchanged and not returned. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. 

Click here to access your account to return (NOT FOR EXCHANGES OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS, USA customers only) your order for a flat rate of $6.50 deducted from your refund. If you would like to provide your own return shipping, simply download the Returns Form below or use the packing slip included in your order.  Fill it out completely and send it in with the items you are returning. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  For exchanges contact customerservice@cheekyplum.com to insure availability.
