Shipping

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders over $39 for US orders.  Most items ship within 4 business days (unless otherwise noted) out of Houston, TX.  Upgraded expedited shipping is available at an additional charge (Delivery times not guaranteed) If you order an item on a Friday with upgraded shipping, weekends do not count.  Upgraded expedited shipping has a 1-4 day processing time in addition to the shipping time.   USPS First Class is standard shipping with delivery times from 3-21 days.  We do not split and ship items that are under the $39 free shipping threshold when ordered with pre-order items.  If you would like for it to ship separately you will have to contact customerservice@cheekyplum.com to pay a shipping fee. If an item is missing from your order or is defective you will need to notify us within 48 hours. For International orders, please note a separate bill for duties and taxes may apply. Cheeky Plum is not responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged by delivery services. We do not ship on weekends.
